At SLRandom ArtCrew, all prints and products are made to order.

Returns, replacements, and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help resolve the issue, please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the problem
  • clear photos showing the item and the issue

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Change of mind

Because all items are made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, accidental purchases, or personal preference.

Please check product details carefully before ordering.

Lost or missing orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch and we will investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
